Refunds are generally not provided for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a remedy such as re-service, repair, or partial refund.
Products & Parts

Refunds or replacements for products and parts will be provided in line with the Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, defective, or not as described.

Change-of-mind refunds are not available once parts or equipment have been ordered or installed.
Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to carry out the agreed service.
